Die städtischen Anlagen verbinden die Innenstadt mit dem Landschaftsband entlang der Donau.
This public park stablished in 1814 is one of the first parks laid out in the style of an English garden.
Since this park was created, it has not changed thanks to the fact that it is protected by nature protection legislation. The park offers even today well-being for its visitors with its rare plants and is a popular place to have a rest and relaxing. We recommend taking a "Biedermeier style” walk, you can stroll from "Wegestern" through "Hainbuchenallee", past the pavilion to the fairytale meadow and up to Reisensburg Castle and thus escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Here is a nice and quiet place for having a walk, jogging, reading a book or simply for relaxing and enjoying. In the park, you will see several information panel that provide information about the history of garden design in Günzburg and the Blutbann district.
